Cheese flatbreads in a skillet deliver a savoury, comforting snack you can make quickly. If you have cheese in the fridge, you can make this delicious flatbread for breakfast without hesitation. You can serve it with fish, herbs, vegetables, or ham. It can also be an addition to meat dishes.

  • Grate the sulguni cheese on a grater. You should get a good handful. Mash feta cheese with a fork in a bowl.
  • Add an egg, milk, a pinch of salt, and your choice of spices or herbs. I added a little oregano.
  • Add the grated sulguni cheese to the mixture.
  • And 2-3 tablespoons of sifted flour.
  • Mix well with a spatula until all ingredients are combined. Pour half of the batter onto a hot pan with oil and cook the pancakes on both sides.
  • Bake the other half of the dough. The result is two pies. The surface of the finished pie can be greased with butter to make it softer.
  • I made the pie for lunch and served it with chicken. It was delicious! But you can simply serve it with greens and vegetables. It is delicious even with tea or coffee. Enjoy!
