- Mayonnaise2 tbsp

Method
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes, or to your liking, add mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper, paprika, and coriander.
- Stir well with a spoon.
- The pork chops are already purchased in marinade.
- Line the baking tray with baking paper, place the potatoes and pork chops on it.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
