Coconut cottage cheese balls are a no-bake dessert that is very tasty, delicate, moderately sweet, and easy to prepare. We usually buy sweets from stores, but you can make delicious and elegant-looking sweets yourself at home. This dessert will embellish any festive table.
The result is tender, melt-in-your-mouth bites, with a lovely coconut crunch on the outside. They look charming too, perfect for serving at a gathering, for an afternoon treat, or just whenever you want something beautiful and delicious made at home. Plus, you can chill them or serve immediately, depending on how firm or fresh you like them.
All you need is 3 ingredients and a blender.
Use high-fat cottage cheese; I used 9% cottage cheese.
