Plus, you can chill them or serve immediately, depending on how firm or fresh you like them.

All you need is 3 ingredients and a blender.

Use high-fat cottage cheese; I used 9% cottage cheese.

Method

  • Add powdered sugar to the cottage cheese.
  • Then add half of the shredded coconut.
  • Blend everything with a blender until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • With wet hands, form balls of cheese.
  • Then roll each ball in shredded coconut.
  • You can serve them immediately, or place them in the refrigerator for a short time to harden, then serve.
