  • Cut the pork loin into small pieces, about 1 cm thick.
  • Place the meat pieces on an oiled baking tray sprinkled with spices and salt. Sprinkle salt and spices on top of the meat.
  • Slice the tomato, and place the slices on the pork medallions. You can cover the tomatoes with mayonnaise.
  • Shred the cheese and place it on top of the tomatoes.
  • Put the tray in the oven. Bake the medallions for 30 minutes in the oven at 170°. Serving the dish as a side dish. Mashed potatoes, pasta, or bulgur can be used as a side dish.
