Nowadays, there is a huge selection of pastries and desserts on market shelves, and almost every neighborhood has a favorite culinary shop where you can buy something for tea from time to time. But sometimes you want to cook yourself, enjoy the result, and give free rein to your taste preferences and the cooking process. In this case, I offer you a simple cookie recipe with photos that even a preschooler can handle.

- As you can see, the list of ingredients is quite accessible. Before you start cooking, you need to soften the butter. It is best to leave it at room temperature for at least an hour, or use additional methods: cover it with a warm glass or heat it in the microwave.
- Beat the egg and add the sweetener. This recipe uses traditional sugar, but you can replace it with stevia.
- Once well blended, add the cinnamon and mix everything again.
- When the butter has reached a suitable consistency, combine it with the above ingredients. Mix thoroughly and add the vanilla.
- Pour in the flour, sifted beforehand, of course. Now start kneading the dough. You don’t have to wait long and put it in the refrigerator, let’s start shaping it right away. There are no limits to your imagination here. I improvised circles. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds or other confectionery decorations; if you don’t have any, you can just sprinkle with sugar.
- Place the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
