Chop the onion, carrot, tomato, and bell pepper into small pieces.
Cook the vegetables in a pot in heated oil for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
Cut the chicken breast into large pieces and boil it separately in a small saucepan. Boil until foam rises to the top. Then remove the meat and rinse it in several changes of water.
Once the vegetables are well cooked, add the chicken breast to the pot.
Immediately add the potatoes and pour enough water to cover them.
Add the paprika, salt, peppercorns, and bay leaf. Simmer for about 25-30 minutes over low heat.
After turning off the heat, add the finely chopped parsley.
