Cut the smoked salmon fillets into thin slices. Rinse and slice the cucumber into thin slices.
Mix cream cheese, juice of half a lemon, Dijon mustard, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Brown the slices of whole wheat bread in a toaster or on a griddle.
Place thin slices of cucumber (or lettuce leaves), cream mixture, and slices of smoked salmon on bread. Drizzle with dried dill, and garnish with fresh herbs.
