Pour in enough water to cover the meat and vegetables. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and roughly chop the potatoes. Sprinkle with a little salt.
After the set time, remove the tray from the oven and place the potatoes among the meat. Add some water and bake for one hour at 190 degrees Celsius. Ten minutes before it is ready, remove the aluminum foil so that the food browns a little.
