Add the flour to a deep bowl.
Add a teaspoon of dry yeast.
Add a tablespoon of sugar.
Add a pinch of salt and mix the dry ingredients together.
Pour in the olive oil.
Warm the water slightly, but not too hot, so the yeast can activate. Pour into a bowl.
Knead the dough with your hands and transfer it to a dry bowl sprinkled with a little flour. Leave to rise in a warm place for an hour. You can put the dough in the oven covered with a towel at 40 degrees to speed up the rising process.
The dough has risen in volume.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a round shape. To make it easier, place the dough on baking paper and roll it out, then simply transfer it to the baking tray with the paper, because when you place the dough directly on the table and add the filling, the dough may stick to the table and ruin the shape of the pizza when you peel it off.
Spread tomato paste over the dough.
Arrange the sliced salami.
Arrange the finely chopped olives.
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
The pizza is ready, cut it and enjoy this amazing taste!
