Add salt and seasoning to the minced meat, mix well.
Add the cornstarch to the ground meat and mix well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Wash the peppers, cut off the tops, and slice them into large rings, about 1 cm thick.
Place the peppers in a greased baking dish or on silicone baking paper. Fill each pepper ring with minced meat. Each ring requires about one tablespoon of minced meat.
Cut the tomatoes in half, place a slice on each pepper medallion, and sprinkle with your favorite spices, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
After the baking time has elapsed, remove the medallions from the oven and sprinkle each of them with grated cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Allow the cooked pepper medallions to cool, then arrange them on a platter. Don't forget to garnish the appetizer with chopped fresh herbs. Enjoy!
