Turn the stove on low heat and grease a pan with butter.
Pour one ladleful of the mixture into the pan and cook the pancake.
After about a minute, flip them over and continue cooking until golden brown.
Put the grated cheese on half of the pancake.
Cover with the other half of the pancake. Leave on the heat for another 30-40 seconds until the cheese melts. Then transfer the pancake to a plate and repeat with the rest of the mixture.
The appetizer pancakes are ready, and you can serve them either hot or cold. Enjoy!
