Pour the kefir into a bowl.
Add an egg.
Add a teaspoon of salt.
Add a tablespoon of sugar.
Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into a bowl.
Mix the mixture with a whisk.
Measure out 450 grams of flour and mix with a 10-gram packet of baking powder. Pour into the mixture.
Knead the dough.
Grate the hard cheese using a coarse grater. Add an egg to the cheese and mix.
Form 4 balls from the cheese.
Transfer the dough to the work surface. Sprinkle a little flour to prevent sticking and cut into 4 pieces.
Form 4 balls from the cut dough.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin and place a ball of cheese in the middle.
Bring the edges together.
Press the edges firmly so that the filling does not spill out.
Sprinkle a little flour on top and roll out gently with a rolling pin. Repeat with the remaining 3 balls of dough.
Heat a non-stick frying pan without oil; the pan must be dry. Then place the pie in the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
Turn over and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the pies to a plate and brush them with a little butter.
