Bring the ends of the lavash together so that they cover the filling.
Wrap carefully so that the filling does not come out and the lavash does not break.

Transfer the roll onto baking paper. I baked it in the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees, but you can bake it in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.
