In a separate bowl, combine the sunflower oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic, spices, and herbs.
Stir everything well.
Pour the spice mixture over the fillets, turning each piece several times to distribute evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
After the time has passed, remove from the bowl and place on a cutting board. Tie the two pieces of chicken together with thick string.
This yields two pieces of ham.
Transfer them to a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the chicken ham in the oven until it cools completely.
Place on a cutting board and trim off any excess string. The ham retains its shape perfectly and has an appetizing color. Cut into thin slices before serving.
