  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • fresh or dried herbs parsley, dill

  • Fry grated carrots and chopped onions;
  • Combine in a glass (or any other) deep container egg (slightly beat it with a fork), and minced meat. Also add rice, fried vegetables, salt and pepper. Stir;

  • In the meantime, boil the spaghetti, and rinse it. And lightly fry them.

  • Garnish the dish as desired, and serve hot. You can offer additional sauces, dark bread, and a lot of fresh herbs. Grated hard cheese – will perfectly complement the flavor and spice up the dish.
