Ingredients
 

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 7 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using a mixer or whisk, then add a pinch of salt and vanilla to taste.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave or in a small saucepan on the stove, then pour it into the bowl.
  • Add the milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, then add them to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  • The waffle batter is ready. Scoop some batter with a spoon into the preheated waffle maker, close it, and cook for about 3–4 minutes, then open.
  • If you like, dust the waffles with powdered sugar and top them with any fresh fruit you enjoy.
