  • Using a fork, mash the bananas until they become a puree.

  • Add the flour, baking soda and a little salt.

  • Mix the dough with a whisk and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Heat a nonstick pan for pancakes, without oil. Put a little batter in the pan (in a round or oval shape, as you wish) and cook the pancakes over low heat until browned, then flip them over to the other side.

  • The banana pancakes are ready. Serve them with sliced bananas or any other fruit you like, with honey, yogurt, or sour cream. Enjoy!
