Using a fork, mash the bananas until they become a puree.
Add the eggs.
Pour in the drinkable yogurt.
Add the flour, baking soda and a little salt.
Mix the dough with a whisk and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a nonstick pan for pancakes, without oil. Put a little batter in the pan (in a round or oval shape, as you wish) and cook the pancakes over low heat until browned, then flip them over to the other side.
The banana pancakes are ready. Serve them with sliced bananas or any other fruit you like, with honey, yogurt, or sour cream. Enjoy!
