  • 1 pc 15 cm baked cake
  • cups whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pcs blueberries
  • 12 pcs large strawberries
  • coconut flakes

  • Bake the sponge cake in advance, cool it, and cut it into three equal cakes.
  • Cut 2-3 washed strawberries into small cubes.
  • Mix the whipped cream with the sugar and beat with an electric mixer.
  • Spread a little cream on a flat cake plate and place a sponge cake on top. Spread with whipped cream and sprinkle with sliced strawberries. Repeat the layers.
  • Put 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a nozzle, and spread the rest of the whipped cream over the cake and smooth it with a pastry spatula.
  • Spread a line of frosting across the surface of the cake, dividing the cake into two parts. The top part is the snowman's hat, and the bottom part is his face.
  • Cut the remaining strawberries in half and place them on top of the cake to form the snowman's hat. Make the snowman's eyes from blueberries and his nose from a small piece of strawberry.
  • Sprinkle the finished cake with coconut flakes.
