Instructions
Cut the ham into cubes, then finely chop the pepper.
Cut the olives into rings. You can cut them in half or even leave them whole. Grate the cheese. Set it aside.
Cut the pineapple rings into small cubes.
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Pour in the mayonnaise and mix. Top with cheese and serve.
You can add the grated cheese to the salad immediately and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. That's what I did.
Place the prepared salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
