  • 1 jar olives

  • Cut the ham into cubes, then finely chop the pepper.

  • Cut the olives into rings. You can cut them in half or even leave them whole. Grate the cheese. Set it aside.
  • Cut the pineapple rings into small cubes.
  • Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.

  • Pour in the mayonnaise and mix. Top with cheese and serve.

  • You can add the grated cheese to the salad immediately and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. That's what I did.
  • Place the prepared salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
