  • Grease a muffin tin with melted butter using a pastry brush and place it on a flat baking tray. Add the mixture with a spoon, filling the muffin cups 2/3 full, as they will rise during baking. This quantity of ingredients makes 17 muffins.

  • Bake the muffins in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the muffins with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
