Wash and cut the zucchini into rings.
Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Beat the eggs with a fork.
Make garlic sauce and add it to the beaten eggs. Mix.
Pour a little flour into another plate and add the salt.
Sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Sprinkle sweet paprika powder. Mix well.
After the set time has passed, rinse the zucchini with cold water, then place them on a paper towel to absorb the water. Place a towel on top of the zucchini for a few seconds.
Dip each zucchini ring in the flour mixture on both sides.
Then through the egg mixture.
Using a fork, turn it over on both sides without getting your hands dirty.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the zucchini over low heat. A few minutes on one side, and a few minutes on the other side.
The breaded zucchini are ready. Enjoy your meal!
