In a bowl, add: flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and butter at room temperature.
Combine the ingredients by hand, or you may use a blender.
Add an egg.
Add 2 teaspoons of cold water.
Stir well and knead the dough, then form a ball. If necessary, add a little water, but it is important that it does not stick to your hands.
Form small balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This amount of ingredients made 15 balls.
To flatten the biscuits, use a small piece of baking paper, folded in half, which you place over the dough ball, then press down lightly with a glass until you get a flat biscuit.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 14-16 minutes.
The delicious cocoa cookies are ready. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
