To obtain a homogeneous mixture, use an immersion blender.
Then add the sifted flour and vanilla. It is important not to add too much flour, as the syrniki will lose their cheese flavor. Instead of flour, you can use semolina, but if you use too much, the dish will be dry.
With wet hands, take a small portion of dough, form a round syrnik, flatten it slightly, and place it on a hot pan with vegetable oil.
Fry the syrniki until they are ready. To prevent the inside from remaining raw, you can cover the pan with a lid. Serve the aromatic syrniki with berries, condensed milk, or jam.
