Break the eggs into a large bowl and beat them with a mixer on medium speed.
Add the sugar and continue beating until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Pour the milk and continue mixing.
Add the flour gradually while mixing to prevent lumps from forming.
Add the salt.
Pour the oil.
Pour in boiling water.
That's how thick it should be, a bit liquid.
Heat up your non-stick crepes pan, and brush it with a little oil to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle, and quickly swirl it around so that it spreads across the entire pan.
Cook the crepes over high heat, waiting about 15-20 seconds until they are cooked on one side.
Then turn over to the other side.
Continue baking until you have used up all the batter. This quantity of ingredients makes 22 crepes.
You can roll them up with jam, condensed milk, chocolate, or whatever you like. Enjoy!
