Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh herbs of your choice dill, parsley, arugula
  • salt and ground black pepper

  • Wash the chicken gizzards, remove the membranes, and boil them in 1 liter of salted water for 25-30 minutes.
