Ingredients
  

  • 4.4 lb squid
  • 5 pcs eggs
  • 1 can canned corn
  • 3 pcs cucumber
  • mayonnaise or full-fat sour cream
  • salt and black pepper

Method
 

  1. Clean the squid, cook it, and cut it into long pieces. Boil the eggs, peel them, cut them into cubes, or chop them on a coarse grater.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into large strips. Add the corn.
  3. Mix all ingredients together. Add pepper, salt, sour cream, or mayonnaise. The squid and vegetable salad is ready.
