Chop the onion and carrot and fry in a little oil over low heat.
Add the tomato paste and stir. Continue frying until the vegetables soften.
Pour in the water and turn the heat up to high to bring it to a boil.
Add the chopped potatoes.
For the meatballs, add salt and ground black pepper to the ground meat, then finely grate the onion and mix everything together with your hands. Dip your hands in water and form meatballs from the ground meat, then add them to the soup.
Sprinkle with salt and add allspice berries and a bay leaf. In the meantime, a little foam will appear from the meatballs, remove it continuously until it no longer appears. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cut the broccoli stalks into pieces, then add them to the soup. Boil for another 10-15 minutes. The broccoli soup with meatballs is ready. Enjoy!
