First, melt the butter in a double boiler and let it cool.
I sliced the bananas and mashed them with a fork until they became puree.
Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, and the egg to the cooled butter and beat with a whisk or mixer on low speed for a few minutes.
Then add the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients and mix everything together. Add the walnuts, sunflower seeds, and finely chopped sesame seeds to the dough.
You can add chocolate chips, various candied fruits, pumpkin seeds, as desired. Mix everything together and pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Sprinkle generously with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
I baked it for about 30-40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
It can be served slightly warm, but it is best served completely cold.
