Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half, then remove the seeds.
Fill the inside of the peppers with ground meat.
Sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, and thyme to taste.
Add Greek yogurt over the layer of ground meat. You can replace Greek yogurt with sour cream, but yogurt is healthier.
Add the cottage cheese over the layer of Greek yogurt. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
The stuffed peppers with meat and cottage cheese are ready, enjoy!
