Place the minced meat in a deep bowl, add salt, spices, and the egg.
Stir all ingredients thoroughly. The minced meat should be as homogeneous as possible.
With wet hands, form small oval patties and place ice cream sticks in the middle. Place them on the pan.
Fry the patties on sticks on both sides. Turn them carefully. While they are raw, the ice cream sticks may pop out. But once the patties are browned on both sides, they will stay firmly on the sticks.
