Ingredients
 

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup+1tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • 5 apple
  • for greasing the pan butter
  • for sprinkle powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt using a mixer until you obtain a foamy consistency.
  • Add the flour with the baking powder and vanilla, and mix with a spatula.
  • Peel the apples and grate them.
  • Line a 40x60cm rectangular baking tray with baking paper and grease with a knob of butter, then arrange the grated apples so that they cover the entire surface of the tray.
  • Pour the prepared mixture over the grated apples. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • After the set time, remove the tray from the oven and turn it over onto the table, onto a piece of baking paper. Remove the baking paper on top of which it was baked, and using the baking paper underneath, carefully roll it up to form a roll.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar over the roll, let it cool, then cut and serve. Enjoy!
