Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pcs apple
  • cinnamon
  • butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash the rice in cold water several times until the water runs clear.
  • Pour the water into a saucepan and turn on the stove to high heat to bring the water to a boil. Then add the washed rice and a little salt. Simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the rice is completely cooked.
  • Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Five minutes before turning off the heat under the rice, add the apple cubes, sugar, a little cinnamon, and a knob of butter.
  • Stir everything together and cook for another 5 minutes or more, checking that the apples are soft. Enjoy!
