Homemade sea buckthorn syrup is a natural solution that brings vitamin C and the freshness of fruit to every glass. Chopped and strained sea buckthorn berries, combined with sugar (or sweetener) and filtered water, make a refreshing syrup that supports immunity. Served cold, with mint or mineral water, it becomes an ideal drink for days when you want something simple, healthy, and tasty. Today we will make a delicious sea buckthorn syrup. Sea buckthorn berries are very beneficial for all body systems.

For the recipe, you can use both fresh and frozen sea buckthorn berries.

  • Wash the sea buckthorn berries and pour them into a large bowl.
  • Using a potato masher or blender, chop the berries until smooth.
  • Pass the mixture through a fine or medium sieve, removing any small seeds and pulp.
  • Now add sugar or your favorite sweetener to the concentrated sea buckthorn juice and mix well.
  • Pour the delicious sea buckthorn juice into beautiful glasses and add the filtered water.
  • Serve cold with a sprig of mint. If desired, you can add a few whole sea buckthorn berries to the glass.
